On June 23rd 2009, a proposed bill promises assistance in purchasing “Certified EHR” through SBA loans to private practices. This assistance will decrease the financial burden that providers face with HIT adoption. While the costs vary based on the “Certified EHR”, investing in your infrastructure can yield prolific results.
