Recently, a meaningful use matrix was published to provide suggested measures for practices to use in order to meet the objectives of the 2011, 2013 and 2015 part of the ARRA. So what cost effective platforms and tools can we use and what tools can assist in creating these reports? Many packages come to mind such as OpenReports, Crystal Reports, JasperReports, or Excel.
